PRO Found Recovery Solutions was founded in 2009. Initially, our focus was primarily on skip tracing extremely difficult and aged accounts for our credit union partners. We quickly made a name for ourselves with our performance, relationships and top-notch customer service.
Our focus continues to be on providing the best service and results for our clients while ensuring our employees and vendors are compliant with all state and federal requirements.
Our Team
Started in the corporate sector in 1989 as a trainer for WR Grace Corporation and Marriot Corporations, respectively. He travelled the United States and Canada opening Food and Beverage outlets in Hotels and Airports. He made the leap into the debt collection arena in 1996 working for Nationwide Credit collecting for American Express Card Services. In 2005 he shifted his focus to collateral recovery securing collateral for a large forwarder servicing Nissan & BMW. In 2007, he joined forces with his family as compliance manager and formed PRO Found Recovery Solutions Inc. In September 2020 he claimed the CEO position.
Troy boasts 30 years in the industry. His first decade saw him excel as a collector, leader, and trainer. The following 18 years were dedicated to diverse portfolio investigation. In 2007, he co-founded PRO Found. He excels at handling recruitment, training, team development, and multi-functional investigation management.
Kyle, with 15 years of auto repossession expertise, evolved from a top-tier investigator to a leadership role, enhancing business practices. Joining PRO Found Recovery Solutions in 2018, he became Chief Analytics Officer in 2021, collaborating with the leadership team to enhance the company's industry dominance. He prioritizes efficiency and integrity, dedicating himself to improving the customer experience through data analysis.
A top lending manager at Wells Fargo, Erika left her 25-year career in mortgage and finance in 2018 to be a part of the dynamic environment and growth at PRO Found. She brings extensive experience and background in lending, sales, customer service, compliance, management and human resources to the management team.
Rebecca joined the recovery and remarketing industry in 2010 in an administrative role at Repo Remarketing until its acquisition by Primeritus Financial Services in 2014. As Director of Sales & Service, her focus was business development, customer service and quality control. After a brief tenure as AVP of Remarketing & Business Development at American Recovery Service and earning her CAR certification in remarketing, she joined the PRO Found team as Vice President of Client Services. Rebecca’s mission is to enhance our customer experience, maintain relationships, support industry best practices for our client partners and brings her commitment to always do the right thing.
In 2023, Jessica joined PRO Found to spearhead the Remarketing Department and drive Business Development. With 20+ years of experience, she began as a collector in 2000, later assuming leadership roles in Credit Unions and subprime lenders. Her expertise expanded when she led operations at Repo Remarketing, acquired by Primeritus Financial Services in 2014. Jessica excelled as VP of Sales and Service, working with a diverse range of financial institutions. In 2019, she received recognition as one of auto remarketing's top 40 under 40 honorees and currently serves on the board of directors for the Credit Union Collection Professionals.
