We have partnered with American Recovery Association for Repo Agency & Employee Due Diligence Oversight and training which includes:
- Monitoring/tracking of state applicable licenses
- Annual employee regulatory training
- Annual repossession agency lot inspections
- Annual Background checks of all repossession agency owners
- Background check on all repossession agency employees upon hire
- Monitoring/tracking of insurance coverage
- Review/tracking of agency policies and procedures
- Oversight of annual compliance training
- State specific bond requirements
- Trade association membership
- ARA will notify PRO Founds vendor manager if any agency falls out of compliance for immediate deactivation or reassignment until the agent is up to date with requirements.
- Integration with RDN to notify PRO Found of expired insurance
