The administrative assistant will be responsible for collaborating with the team to handle incoming and outgoing calls, both email and verbal communication with repossession agents, clients and staff, billing, working with reports, and additional various duties.  

We offer Medical, Dental, and 401k after 90 days. 

We are looking for someone with the following traits:  

• 1-year experience in customer service.
• The ability to navigate the internet quickly, and type quickly and accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to relate to people from all walks of life while remaining calm in sensitive situations.
• Work well in a team as well as independently.
• The ability to sit for an extended period and remain focused.
• You must have a strong work ethic.

Work Hours: M-F 8-hour shift

 This CRS role manages a queue to include coordination with financial institutions and repossession agents to recover vehicles.  The CRS will work with multiple programs to assign agents, handle fee approvals, light skip tracing and customer service for clients and repo agents.

• The ability to navigate the internet quickly, familiar with databases, and accurate typing skills.
• The acumen to articulate professional verbal and written communication.
• Strong in organizational and time management.
• The ability to relate to people from all walks of life while remaining calm in sensitive situations.
• Work well in an office environment as part of a driven team.
• Ability to sit for an extended period of time and remain focused.
